Terms & Conditions

Uniform

Uniform should be purchased within 4 weeks of your star starting SHMTS. Our uniform includes SH T-shirt & SH Zippy (MickMick Designs), Black Lycra Jazz Trousers, Black Velcro Jazz Shoes (Dance Station Direct), plain black socks & a set of trainers for any outside classes.

Uniform is not required for Star Harmonies Experience Workshops unless stated in the details.

Payment

Monthly payment will be set up from August-June. Hourly rates are added up and divided across 11 months and are inclusive of fees for our additional Saturday Show rehearsals January-May. You will also be required to pay your costume fee when you enrol your star.

A one-off payment is required for Star Harmonies Experience Workshops.

Late Payments & Cancellation

Fees should be paid on or by the 1st of the month. If you are 3 days late for your payment you will receive a reminder, if you are 5 days late you will incur a £5 late payment fee, if you are 10 days late you will incur a £10 late payment fee, if you are any later 10 days then we are entitled to charge up to double months fees if required or we may not be able to keep your starz place. If your star wishes to leave at any point throughout the year, we will require 1 months written notice via Email. If you do not give us 1 months written notice prior to the payment day, you will still be required to pay the months fees. Costume fees are non-refundable after your star has attended the first class of the year or the first class after enrolling.

Star Harmonies Experience Workshops are non-refundable after you have signed up and paid for your stars place. If there is a significant reason your child cannot attend, please speak with us and if appropriate, we will arrange for your stars place to be transferred to a future workshop.

Permission

I give permission for my starz name to be featured on all forms of social media or on any platform we find appropriate. I give permission for my star to be videoed and photographed and for it to be displayed on any platform we find appropriate. I give permission for my star to be measured for costumes.
